Our Montreal, Toronto and London office acted as counsel to Bank of America, N.A. in connection with a senior secured revolving credit facility in the amount of US$400 million in favour of Genesco Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries.
Genesco Inc. is a retailer and wholesaler of footwear, apparel and accessories. It operates more than 2,775 retail stores and leased departments throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and Germany.
